As the Ministry responsible for promotion, regulation and provision of health care services to the people of Kenya, we are committed to ensuring that the services are of quality and are accessible to every Kenyan.

The purpose of this charter is to provide the public with our core functions and values, information on the range of services we offer, commitments, principles, obligations, customer’s rights and obligations, mechanisms for complaint and redress for any dissatisfied customer
