The Ministry of Tourism is charged with making Kenya a destination of choice and to facilitate sustainable tourism development as part of our national heritage and for posterity.
Mission
The Ministry of Tourism is responsible for the formulation, co-ordination and administration of policy in respect to the tourism sector. This mandate is derived from Presidential Circular No. 1/2007 dated January 2007 and various Acts of Parliament. The Acts include:-
